Bowen Therapy is a hands-on but a very light treatment and can be done through clothing which I believe to be less invasive. We use our thumbs or fingers to make a series of precise, gentle movements over specific muscles. Interspersed with these movements are short breaks where you are left to rest – sometimes clients can feel themselves falling asleep. This rest period is an important part of the treatment.

Starting treatment before the onset of symptoms is of vital importance, and November is the optimum time for that. It would take 3 initial treatments and then maybe 1 a month thereafter.
