I am just starting to think about Christmas and gifts and shopping which is not my forte. So I sort of made a definitive list in my head where I could go. Here are some of our recommended businesses for great gift ideas this Christmas.
1. Design Works - a world of Christmas here for great gift ideas - also open from November 29 on Sundays.
2. Springfields Outlet Shopping - Spalding. Lots of nice discounted designer stores for the wife or hubby or even teenager daughter. Also Springfields have a stunning Winter Wonderland Walk which could be fun if you hate to shop.
3. Union - unique gift ideas which you can combine with viewing the Lichfield photography exhibition that has been extended by popular demand.
4/ Empire Designer Wear - my stepson Callum loves this shop. Ideal for teenage boys and girls and their mums and dads. So if you and your children are in to Miss Sixty, Henry Lloyd, Firetrap, Duck and Cover, Bench, Sonneti and K-Swiss then go and see Chad at Empire. Christmas gifts and vouchers are now available
5/ HH Cox - designer labels Fransa, Gardeur, The Label and Radley. Accessories and elegant ladies and menswear.
6/ Grantham Beauty Clinic - an appointed Clarins Gold Salon. Beauty products make a great Christmas present for mum, wife or girlfriend and even quite a few men these days!
7/ EMSL - music gifts for everyone. Guitars from just £27.99. Drum kits, keyboards, music books and accessories
8/ The Grange Spa at Pointon - who wouldn't want a day or half day at this luxury spa? This is a fabulous venue for those you love and the ultimate pampering treat.
9/ Jolly Posh at Navenby - a gift shop presenting the best gifts at Christmas and you can always be reassured of a warm welcome
10/ UK Hair and Holistics Synergy Spa - here you can get vouchers for hair, massage, manicure, pedicures, personal training, aromatherapy, beauty and staying young - all on Grantham's doorstep.
