Introduced for the 2023 holiday season, the Shepherd Huts at Beaucette Marina are an exciting new type of self-catering accommodation for the island.
With superb views overlooking the picturesque marina and the other Channel Islands, and with an excellent restaurant nearby, these huts offer a relaxing vibe for any holiday or staycation.
Facilities
These luxuriously cosy Plankbridge huts are made from ethically sourced materials with 2-4 berths and an outdoor fenced private deck area.
The Alderney hut with the red door is specifically for couples with a king size bed. The other three huts, named for Herm, Jethou and Sark, are suitable for a family of two adults and two children as they also add two bunk beds for children aged 12 or less.
Inside the huts have hot and cold running water, Wi-Fi, Smart Televisions and plenty of storage space, plus a log burner and a radiator for those colder days.
The fitted kitchen area features an oven, a fridge/freezer and a sink, with all cutlery and crockery provided. The bathroom area features a walk-in shower, a toilet and a wash basin, and a hairdryer and towels are provided.
The outdoor private decking area features a hot tub, a BBQ and outdoor furniture including a table and comfortable chairs so that you can relax and watch the sunrise or sunset.
The marina also has a restaurant which is locally renowned for its high quality food and sophisticated ambience.
