C A Duquemin Limited Builders in Guernsey specialise in historical and high-class refurbishment building contracts, although we do also have a large portfolio of new build projects.
We have been operating in the construction industry for over 80 years and currently have a staff of over 60 full-time tradesmen. We carry out all the traditional building trades in-house and have our own fully equipped joinery workshop.
As building contractors we have successfully completed a number of very high profile projects in Guernsey including:
- Guernsey Royal Court refurbishment
- Conversion of St Barnabas Church into the new Archive Centre
- Conversion of St James Church into Concert Assembly Hall (Civic Trust Award)
- Working exclusively within the Bailiwick of Guernsey we have carried out works on a large number of privately owned properties in the islands.
In addition, C A Duquemin has a minor works team who carry out building works from £50 to £50,000. This domestic team also only works within the Bailiwick of Guernsey and we are happy to quote for any building job, no matter how small. We are able to advise clients on the best procurement routes suited to their particular building project and we offer a free advisory service.
