JR was able to photograph our wedding this year. The photographs were brilliant and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is very professional in the way he conducts himself, but also very easy going, and was able to mingle and get great shots without anyone really noticing he was there! I would not hesitate in recommending JR Photography to anyone looking for a great all round photographer.

John-Ross photographed our wedding and we are very pleased with the pictures we have to look back on our special day. He was very accommodating to customize our day and be there for the parts we wanted him to be there for, rather than offering the usual package deals. He was very helpful and reassuring. He was there for what ever we needed and could do as little or as much as we wanted therefore taking the stress out of one less thing. On the day he was very professional but very relaxed and easy going making everyone feel at ease. We would highly recommend JR Photography!

Yet again, John-Ross has outdone himself... With many live events, capturing the moment with the lighting constantly moving is never easy, especially when you've got lasers in the rig... yet somehow JR Photography manage this in jaw dropping precision, giving you the same feel as if you were there, or reliving that moment

For Fathers Day I wanted a picture of my children to give to their Dad. But I didn't want the normal posed family portrait. So I contacted John Ross and asked if it would be possible to have a picture of them running away from a Dinosaur. All I can say is wow!! It's amazing. It's completely fun and different. Everyone laughs and smiles when they see it. Definately the best Father Day present ever!!

I stumbled over John-Ross' portfolio on Google when I was looking for a photographer for the ICSA Guernsey Conference. His good eye for taking shots of people in a crowd convinced me he was the right fit. And did he deliver! The whole company loves his photos – he added a fresh approach to what otherwise might easily become stuffy conference imagery. Having never met John-Ross in person, I found him very approachable over email – I didn't need to wait long for replies. His rates are very compatible, his photo approach was creative and he even delivered the files back to us two days before the agreed date! Highly recommended. I hope to use John-Ross' services again next year.

This was very easy JR Photography is by far my favourite local photographer he somehow manages to cover so many local events and always captures the very best images that really convey the spirit of any event he attends, be it the love and commitment of a wedding or the fun and laughter of a night out to the very essence of community spirit on liberation day. This is one hard working photographer as he still finds time to capture the most stunning landscape shots of our island.

Absolutely love the work this guy has to offer, I even had the opportunity to work with him! Jr can often be found in local bars working the crowd, I love seeing the outcome of the pictures. My favourite project so far was the Christmas tree appearing in different places so much time and effort but wonderful to be part of it. Would highly recommend Jr for any future function. I recently commissioned JR Photography to cover a corporate event I was organising. He covered the event excellently with the minimum briefing and used his own experience to capture the photographs that showed off the event in the best possible light. All round a company I would not hesitate in hiring again and recommend to any one else needing photographic coverage of a corporate event.

I became aware of John Ross' photography through my good friend Lisa and since then I have been a fan of his work. The images he captures of our Island are absolutely amazing! Familiar landmarks seen from different and new angles. Skies in colours you wouldn't imagine. I fell in love with his shot of Fort Grey during a thunderstorm and managed to treat myself to a canvas print with one of John Ross' offers which has been admired by everyone who has seen it. Great pictures, quality products and fab customer service. Highly recommended.
