The sales person who assisted us with choosing a double bed was very knowledgable and helpful. I begrudged paying local prices for something I can get for a 3rd of the price online, we actually ordered a bed online but when it arrived, it was damaged, hence why we visited Regency. The online bed came down in two boxes, whereas the one purchased locally, which was the same size and style came in 6 boxes - the difference in build quality is obvious. My faith in shopping locally for furniture has somewhat been restored.
The delivery drivers who delivered the bed were also pleasant to deal with. I had paid to have our old bed taken away and dumped but forgot to dismantle it in time for the early morning delivery. Thankfully the guys agreed to pop back later in the day to collect the bed. Excellent service!

Ben was very helpful and efficient when dealing with our order. The delivery team were excellent, assessing the property before I placed the order, to ensure the larger pieces of furniture would fit up the staircase. The delivery and furniture assembly was a great team effort.
