Beautiful Hotel to stay in on the gorgeous Island of Guernsey. Stunning grounds surround the hotel, it has a lovely swimming pool and spa and relaxing outdoor jacuzzi. Food is delicious in the hotel. Everyone who works in the hotel are so friendly, very helpful and can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Really loved my stay there and will keep returning.

I than had the misfortune to experience their Ferrero Roche cheesecake. I say misfortune because I live in NI and this was beyond a doubt the nicest cheesecake my wife and I have ever experienced.
