Great service . Craig went the extra mile ! Not only keeping the pool clear ( previously the green lagoon) but always very polite . He was also patient in explaining the workings of the pool ( again as life had got in the way and Iād forgotten) to a techno phobic Middle aged woman who has ADHD so memory not my strongest suit . Andy in the office also great . Customer service is at the centre of this business . Well done !š
