If you are helping to organise or run a public event, or holding your own private fireworks display, please be aware of the following safety tips to help you stay safe at all times:
For further safety information please see the British Pyrotechnists Association website.
Animal Safety
Please be aware that fireworks terrify pets and other animals, so please follow the GSPCA animal friendly firework code to protect your pets and the local wildlife. Please visit the following page at the GSPCA website for full details:
Please also be aware that Trim Dog Pet Centre sell a range of pet calming products such as Adaptil and the Feliway range which are scientifically proven to calm dogs and cats during firework noise by using a synthetic copy of canine/feline appeasing pheromones.
Help your pet to cope this Bonfire Night by popping into Trim Dog Pet Centre beforehand to check out their full calming range and have a chat to them about it. #keepingyourpetshappy
