Around 3000 people enrol on Adult Education courses every year. Committed, hardworking and highly motivated, they are a source of great pride to the Guernsey College of Further Education and of mutual support to each other. Their team of over 120 tutors are conscientious and dedicated with a keenness to share their skills and expertise.
They accept enrolments from people aged 16 and upwards. Students come from all walks of life and professions, and their reasons for coming to Adult Education are just as varied. Many have full-time jobs and families to support and are looking for an additional qualification or seeking to develop a new skill or interest. Others are attracted by leisure courses as a way to relax from work, or to enjoy their retirement. Whatever the reason and whatever the course, your experience of adult education courses will be both enjoyable and enriching.
