from looking/choosing and delivery process was seamless. staff very helpful in the shop, not pushy (which is good as this only serves to put me off), patient and knowledgeable. delivery people the same, my husband was not well and could not help but the young men were friendly and super fit so put him at ease. the bed has not been put up yet as waiting for room to be decorated but hopefully all in good order and the after sales will be just as good. bed was on offer in the sale so a bargain as well!

Both staff members were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. As we all know waiting in for delivery can be frustrating - was advised to phone on the day to be provided with an indicative time. Delivery men phoned prior to arriving around the time advised - and assisted with the setting up of the sofa bed . Certainly will use Regency Beds and furniture again, and highly recommend .

The whole experience, from start to finish was smooth, and easy. Customer service was amazing! The double bed was a surprise for our daughter and Regency sales team were 100% helpful and obliging in keeping the secret from our daughter, having her believe we were looking for a single mattress. The delivery team were quick, efficient and very pleasant to be around. All in all an excellent service provided! Thank you.
