Steve was so helpful in my decision on choosing a bed and a mattress. He explained all the different mattresses to me and took the time to let me try them all (twice). He moved them around the showroom to put them on different bed frames to help me with my decision. My mattress was delivered within a couple of days and I'm really happy with it. Thanks Steve!

The bed is lovely, very comfy, but I was very disappointed that the delivery people did not put the bed together and take away a mountain of plastic packing. When I asked if they were not going to unpack and put the bed together, they said NO, and went!
