Have been into Regency a few times looking for certain items the staff there were very helpful, and got exactly what I wanted. They have held an item for me till my room was ready. When items were ordered, didn’t take long to arrive,also the delivery men were good.

Regency staff were always polite, helpful and friendly. They ordered promptly and when there was a delay with the order arriving from England, they kept me up to date and advised what my options were. The two delivery men were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and left the room immaculate.
