we have just had a great week end here

It is a largish hotel and slightly impersonal for that, and as with many larger venues had external events both afternoons and evening we were there which did add to teh noise levels a bit

However we were moved after one night from out original noisy room, with a big smile and nothing is too much trouble

However top floor rooms do have balconies, but they are tiny, adn original design flaw, and take 1 chair and 1 table, which we thought was quite funny

The spa was lovely and lying in teh sun reading my book as great

location wise, the bus stop is seconds away and if you need it waitrose is opposite.

We paid £10 for a taxi from teh airport and £10 taxi from st peters port late at night. The buses are £1 per ticket per trip, so we got used to using them

WE want to go back, but might try a different hotel and try some where smaller and more homely
but would defiantly recommend

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. There was a wedding there this weekend and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were seen to! The spa facilities are great - sauna, steam, and an enormous pool. Plus Su beds aplenty and an outdoor jacuzzi.

We had a fabulous weekend there and would really recommend it. It is about a mile and a half from the town centre but we really enjoyed the walk.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights whilst attending a conference. We stayed in room 325. Overall it is a good hotel.

Good points - the service in the bar is excellent- the bar staff are professional, the drinks and snacks are good. The spa, pool and fitness facilities are first class - better than most hotels. The decking area with views of the lake is an ideal place to relax. Our room had a balcony / seating area. The breakfast is good.

Other points - the decor in our room was dated - it looks as if it has been refurbished, if it has they should have removed the wooden balustrade by the door. There was some staining on the bathroom ceiling and one of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. The sandwiches which we were served during a working lunch were incredibly dull. Our room did not have A/C.

Worst point - my wife paid £35 for a manicure which only lasted a few hours. She didn't complain other than to me! I noted this on the feedback email that the hotel sent me after our stay. I received a good email from the acting general manager informing me that the spa staff would contact me separately to follow this up - I'm still waiting!

Other then the slip up with the manicure and worse the lack of follows up - it was a good experience.

This hotel has everything for everyone. We stayed here to join a party and we were looked after very well. The staff are all very polite and eager to please. We could not fault anyone in any way. The rooms are clean and I asked for a quiet one which I got. There is a lovely indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is also a health and beauty place. If you like to stay in a quite large family hotel this is the place. It is on a bus route and has a Waitrose round the corner.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very comfortable small suite but lack of A /C made it a bit stuffy. Doors opened onto terrace overlooking gardens but stagnant water that failed to drain away a problem. Privacy also a problem as other guests could walk past open French windows. Would not have taken much to resolve.
Restaurant pretentious and too full of itself. Service very slow and inattentive. Waiter insisted wine was cold enough, and what are Confit duck pastilles? They are duck spring rolls but apparently as they have a Rosette they can call them what they like. As it was they were over cooked and dry. Sea bass fillets very small and also over cooked. Deserts good. Altogether at £50 per head with wine very disappointing.

Generally needs a lot more attention to detail to warrant prices. On a positive note the best hotel swimming pool I have visited.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, big bathroom. The hotel is little bit dated but still beautiful place.
There is small gym on the ground floor which was difficult to find.
The food is nice, we had business dinner there.

Just returned from our third annual stay and, as before, we couldn't fault it. The staff were as professional, helpful and polite as ever without ever being 'in your face' all the time. Parking the car and checking in was quick and easy. Our room, with a spacious balcony, was extremely comfortable and well appointed and the facilities available to the guests were excellent. The breakfast menu was extensive and well cooked and staff always on hand if needed. As previously, my only regret was having to check out as it is so relaxing. I hasten to add that I have no connection with this hotel other than as a paying guest but as my partner, Christine, will confirm, I would happily live here given the chance. 👍😎 Really lovely hotel.

Chose this hotel for a week's holiday based on information from a booking web site. We were very impressed with the hotel - friendly staff, clean and well appointed bedroom and excellent food. One minor complaint though with breakfast. Toast, which is provided to you, was at best warm and on a couple of occasions I had to ask a member of staff to chase up my poached eggs and omelette as they seemed to be taking ages to be served.

However don't let this put you off staying at the St Pierre Park. It really is worth visiting especially if you want to relax in very pleasant surroundings.

I stayed in this hotel with a group and all of us were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! The room and bathroom were large. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony comfortable for one person. This depends on the room and number of occupants. Other balconies were very spacious. The food was absolutely amazing and breakfast caters to every tastebud, which is why I find it hard to understand some of the other reviews. The chefs deserve a Michelin star. The grounds are excellently maintained and the spa facility and pool area were lovely. Loved the ducks :-) There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance and downtown can be reached quickly by bus.
In summary I can highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this Hotel many times over the last 20 years or so and have always enjoyed our stay despite the few spells of bad weather, there being plenty of things to do at this Hotel. The staff are very well versed in looking after guests and have the time to have a chat now and again. The rooms are most comfortable and well serviced each day by excellent housekeeping staff.
We usually opt for rooms with either garden or lake views these also face Southerly direction.
Meals are very good either in the bar or Dining room with ample choice menus.
Bathing and health care facilities are excellent.
