Product very good and customer service in the showroom and with follow up calls also good. However, on ordering I was told there was a three week wait which turned into 6 weeks with an additional week to arrange delivery. Delivery itself was excellent.

Sean was very helpful in the purchase and the delivery guys were excellent in negotiating the stairs and putting the bed together quickly and efficiently.
Most definitely would recomment.
