They always have a great selection of meat available and are more than happy to assist with the extra's like some extra pork rind for crackling, some bones for a trivet and mincing some pork shoulder to your specification. Also they take the time to get to know their customers and always welcome you with a personal greeting which makes the customer feel happy and welcomed.

Perelle Butchery was a welcome find. Friendly service and a fine selection that surpasses any supermarket on the island. You could tell the owners are passionate about their produce. The freshness and selection says it all. And their sausages are by far the best I've ever eaten.
