Bought a new sofa from Regency Bedding. The guys in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was very easy to order and the delivery men also assembled everything, put the sofa where I wanted it to go and took away the packaging. Very easy and stress free experience.

Purchase of our bed was simple sales staff were very good, delivery was half the time quoted i.e 3 weeks not 6. Delivery guys were excellent and took the bed upstairs (not every delivery will do this ) and then they put it together. Well done Regency much appreciated

Regency were so helpful - they couldn't have done more. When we requested it, the delivery guys even came before we ordered the sofa to ensure it was possible to get it into the house. On the day of delivery, they were punctual, efficient and friendly. Great service, thank you.

I went to Regency Bedding to buy a mattress, the salesman was very helpful, and friendly. They rang me to arrange delivery. The delivery men were so very helpful, took the old mattress away, and put the new mattress onto the bed, they even removed the polythene from the bed and took that away with them. Wouldnt hesitate to shop with them again, excellent service.

The staff were always polite and cheerful when contacted. We received exactly what we ordered. There was a delay in receiving our goods but we were kept informed as to what the problem was and when it was expected. There were production and shipping problems which caused delays outside of the control of Regency.
