Very helpful in showroom when choosing furniture. Appreciated the patience when we couldn't take delivery of goods due to us being let down with time frame we were given by window company.
Slight damage noticed when drawers being built, but this was noted and replacement drawers ordered and will be replaced once they come in and it doesn't effect the use whilst we wait. Again appreciated this being highlighted and sorted with no issue at all.

Showroom staff were very helpful in helping us choose a new mattress. Invoice stated delivery within 3 weeks but actually took 5-6 weeks. No worries as we were not in a hurry. Delivery arranged for morning of 2 May and arrived on time with two very pleasant delivery men. Have not yet used the mattress during night time but appears a very comfortable and well made product
