When I was isolating being a contact of covid, I didn't realise you could phone - email them to order items to ge delivered. They do it the same day too depending on how many orders they have. The staff are lovely and they are passionate about animal care, you can tell. The animals that were there look very healthy and well cared for. If they don't have an item in stock, they will happily order it for you.
