1000% recommended! I had a few stains on my new carpet from the hoover and was devastated. I contacted the Carpet Doctor and Chantelle was really helpful booking me in a last minute appointment. Sean got it all out without causing me anymore stress and was knowledgable in answering all of my questions.
I’ve also booked in to have my new sofa sprayed with stain protection to help avoid any mishaps in the future!
Carpet Doctor will always be my first choice should I need their services.

The Carpet Doctor absolutely saved the day!
After our dog had an upset tummy and had an accident all over our stairs carpet (nearly every step) The Carpet Doctor came round that same day!
We dropped them a message on Facebook and they were round within the hour! Amazing service.
The carpet is now completely clean and there is not a mark left to be seen!
Very reasonably priced and friendly service!🙂

My wife loves a hotel with sumptuous fabrics, deep pile carpets and old world charm, but not in a fuddy duddy-ish way. Sadly, she wasn't with me on this trip as she would have loved this hotel. The hotel is relatively small, beautifully done up and interesting, tucked away in a side street. My room was small but very nice - plush but in a non-overbearing way (with a 1920s vibe) and with a sea view. The bar was small and atmospheric with great cocktails, and the breakfast was excellent (think homemade granola, fresh berries and fruit and nuts and seeds). To top it all off, the staff were professional, efficient and welcoming.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff, good amenities and lovely food. I stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely breakfast each morning, superb pizza and fries and a lovely buffet at the event I attended.

This is a lovely hotel and one we look forward to staying in again. Good size rooms and attractive grounds. We had excellent service from the moment we arrived. Gemma on reception gave us the perfect welcome. We were lucky enough to have an upgraded room as it was our 40th Anniversary. There we had a lovely food-decorated plate. We then went for a lovely meal in the Victor Hugo with complimentary prosseco. The food & service was excellent.
Betty in housekeeping was very cheerful & did a great job of making sure everything was clean & tidy.
The staff member in the leisure complex was really helpful.
Arra booked a taxi for us on our departure and chased it up to ensure it was on its way. Her & her colleague helped put our large amount of luggage into the taxi.
Richard, the operations manager checked that all was well with us.
You don't normally get this level of service in a hotel and it will definitely ensure we return and stay at their sister hotels.
