I'm really pleased we've moved to absolutely fabulous. I'm receiving a good clean from cheerful, hardworking staff, and they always finish the job (unlike previous cleaners who always left early!). Better on timekeeping and cleaning - thumbs up from me.

A friend and I took our daughters to the Duke of Richmond Hotels first themed afternoon tea party and it was fantastic fun. Food was so creative and a talking point on our table, staff great and joined in. We can't wait for the next one :)
