The delivery driver checked with me precise details of the address, and most importantly, the elderly gentleman was totally satisfied with the quality and comfort of his new mattress. Very good service when we visited showroom. They were able to work out which mattress we had bought before. New mattress was available very shortly after ordering. Delivery was easy to arrange and they were able to take old mattress away, saving us the hassle of disposing of it. Product is great- we have bought our last 3 mattresses from Regency and thoroughly recommend them
