Have you noticed how Guildford's high street has become a sad shadow of it's former self - a combination of greedy landlords, punitive rates and the overall retail lethargy fuelled by the current financial situation have slowly but surely driven independent retailers out of town!

What a relief to find a new independent ladies fashion outlook springing up! ….CATWALK!
Local entrepreneur Liz Trendle has done so well with her first outlet in Godalming that it was only a matter of time before Guildford beckoned and what a great way to kick off with a lively Launch party - sumptuous food and champagne flowing …..this was a really buzzing event and good omen for times to come.
So.... if you are a discerning female (all ages!) and are bored rigid with the big chains which have taken over our high street - pay Liz and her ultra friendly, ultra helpful staff a visit in Angel Gate - could it be set to become the Carnaby street of Guildford?
