Are you worried about the cost of care?
If you are, you're not alone. Government care reforms are offering some welcome changes to the system but the reforms are not as straightforward as they sound. Many older people would like to leave money and property to their families but fear their assets may all go towards the cost of care.
Worplesdon View is well aware of these anxieties and is hosting a Care Fees Planning seminar on 5 March at 11.15. Andrew Dixson-Smith from Care Fees Investment Ltd and Lynsey Coleman from Barlow Robbins solicitors will be talking and answering questions about care, covering topics such as cost, inheritance tax and power of attorney as well as explaining the government's £75,000 cap more clearly.
The seminar is free but booking is essential as places are limited. To book, please email Sonia on sonia.hamiltonmartin@barchester.com
