On 31 May, Disability Challengers celebrates its 35th birthday and the opening of the new Guildford play centre at Stoke Park! Disability Challengers helps disabled children and their families to get the most from life, offering a place to play as well as trips, workshops, playgroups and moral support. Best of all, the activities are open to the whole family, excluding no one and allowing families with disabled children to enjoy doing things all together.
The birthday party starts at 3pm with games, activities, a bouncy castle, facepainting and much, much more! The refreshments sound fabulous – a barbecue, vintage Loselely ice cream, cakes and cookies and even a real ale tent (for the grown up, obviously!)
5pm will see the opening of the new Play Centre with some very special guests as well as a balloon launch. Buy a balloon (all proceeds go to Challengers), write your special message and let it float away with hundreds of others on this momentous day.
Live music will start at 5.30pm and the festivities continue until 10pm.
To book your place, please email party@disability-challengers.org .
If you can’t come but want to show your support, why not give Challengers a birthday present? Simply text BDAY35 to 70070.
