How to prevent back pain in children?
Recent research has found that 50% of children who carried heavy back packs had associated back pain.

Most children carry back packs on one shoulder and also with far too much weight in the bags.
Many children also carry a shoulder bag and this might cause an uneven load on their growing spines and backs.
