Saturday 10th 2010 was the debut appearance for local Guildford band Sublime Traffic, the band members include Alex Regan on guitar and vocals, Jamie Hossain on rythm guitar, Jack Bridgland on drums and Charlie Robinson on bass guitar.
All students at George Abbot School in Merrow, the band was formed 3 months ago and on Saturday as well as making their debut appearance, they also played their own song for the first time 'Red Sky', written by Alex Regan. They also played cover versions of 'I bet you look good on the dancefloor' (Arctic Monkeys) , 'She will be mine' (Maroon 5), 'Use somebody' (Kings of Leon) and 'Be my girl'(Jet).
The boys are working on a couple of new songs and looking for somewhere local to play their next Gig - if you can suggest a pub, club or Hall that may be suitable please drop me a line with your suggestion.
