Well, if this isn’t great barbecue weather, I don’t know what is! Neither does the Crown Inn at Chiddingfold which is why they’re holding a steak night this Saturday, 20 July from 7pm.
The Crown has teamed up with a local butcher to bring you mouthwatering steaks, flame grilled on the barbecue for maximum flavour. Barbecued food tastes delicious because the intense heat caramelises the outside of the meat, sealing in the taste and goodness.

Steaks big enough for sharing are also on offer, as well as all the other dishes you’d expect, including pork ribs for a starter and crème brulee for dessert. Lovely side dishes are available to complement the steak too, such as chips (naturally!), onion rings and green beans.
