Just to let you all know that I start my new classes down the GYM Group in Guildford on:
Mondays & Saturdays at 9.30 -10.30 am
'SUMMER BEACH BODY KILLER CIRCUIT',
Wednesdays 6-7pm
'TONE UP YOUR BODY WITH KLAUDIA'
All classes are @ £ 5 per class per person.
Only on Fridays afternoons, at 2pm-2.30pm
I'm running 1/2 hr classes, especially designed for ladies
'FREE WEIGHTS BODY WORKOUT'
these classes are free off charge.
