In addition to this, the team hold regular talks about dementia and related matters in order to offer support to family members impacted by the disease. This one, Understanding dementia and how the Alzheimer’s Society works, is being given tomorrow, Tuesday, 14 May at 10.45am by Christine Laskey, Support Services Manager for the Guildford and Waverley Alzheimer’s Society. To book your place, email Sonia at Worplesdon View on Sonia.hamiltonmartin@barchester.com
If someone in your family has dementia but you are unable to attend tomorrow’s talk, keep an eye on the Worplesdon View events page as there are more talks planned for the summer.
