“As some of you already know I have opened my own Winkworth estate agents in Guildford.
I would love it if you and your better halves could come and join me at the grand opening on Friday 25th October from 5:00 onwards
There will be food and drink available and It should be a great event as the Mayor is opening the office with lots of paparazzi so it should be fun.
If you are a local business then I am sure there are people you would like to meet so bring a few of your business cards with you.”
