Winkworth, London's largest chain of Estate Agents, are pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Cobham! Following the opening of Winkworth in Guildford in Ocotber, this will be the second branch opened in Surrey this year.
The Office will be owned and operated by Tom Lepsky & Kim Karpeta, who as directors of the nearvy Weybridge office, have a wealth of experience in the Surrey property market.
Since the 2012 opening of the office in Weybridge, it has always been Co-director Tom Lepsky's intention to expand into the Cobham area, and open a branch there in order to "maximise our offering to our clients by operating in two key Surrey locations".
Over the past year, the Lepsky and Karpeta have been extremely successful in building a substantial business and brand precence in the area, and look to to repeat that when the new branch opens in Cobham.
