The Centre boasts two separate gym areas refurbished in May 2022 with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment for all types of users.
The Sports Hall is a versatile space for badminton and basketball as well as a hire space for community groups. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, focusing on Strength and Conditioning, Dance, Mind and Body, and Cardio.
The pool area includes a 25 metre fitness pool, as well as a fit-for-purpose learner pool, which caters for both casual swimmers and those who have enrolled onto Better Swim School.
