Attwaters Solicitors welcomed the judges’ verdicts at this year's Harlow and District Business Awards.
Judges at the 2010 Harlow & District Business Awards were so impressed with the submissions and supporting evidence from this leading Essex law firm that they found in its favour not just once but twice.
The independent judges in two categories of the prestigious Awards concluded that Attwaters Solicitors had presented the best case. Their verdicts were announced at a gala evening of celebration and entertainment at the Manor of Groves Hotel, Golf and Country Club, near Sawbridgeworth.
“We came away from the black-tie event with the Business of the Year Award for firms with 25 or more employees, beating off a challenge from the other worthy finalist, a top property services group,” said a delighted Attwaters Managing Partner - Sheenagh Parsons.
“Receiving such emphatic recognition in the presence of the business community we serve has given us a real boost. We strive to be the best and believe that we are, but it’s very reassuring when impartial verdicts confirm that view.
The Awards are a credit to all at our Harlow and Loughton offices, working on commercial and personal legal issues such as employment, commercial litigation, family law, personal injury, clinical negligence, property and wills & probate.”
There was to be a surprise bonus in store. At the gala evening the organisers announced a special Judges’ Award for Best Company and Attwaters won that as well. (They were also finalists in the Customer Care category).
Nicola Bowland, one of the judges, attributes Attwaters’ success to:
“An inspiring rebrand, and demonstrable commitment to providing the highest quality customer service and corporate social responsibility.”
This really was a great night for Harlow Business and well deserved recognition to Attwaters.
