CAN YOU GET BETTER THAN A KWIK FIT FITTER ????
This morning I had just dropped my daughter off at school and was driving back home in this appalling weather when I noticed a warning light on my new bestofharrogate Mini.
Having no clue as to what it meant, I quickly pulled out the manual and saw it was the light saying I had a puncture and that as I was on runflats, I should get attention to it as soon as possible.....I was passing Kwik Fit and called in to see if they could help.
The guy on reception (who was juggling three phone calls) initially said I'd have to wait half an hour but they looked at the Mini inside 10 minutes and said they had checked all the tyre pressures and the tyres seemed to be OK. They inflated them a little and reset the warning light. They said there was no charge and I should keep an eye on the tyres just in case.
How good is that?? A little bit of goodwill can go a long way in this life!Well done Kwik Fit and thank you!
