WHY NOT HELP ST MICHAELS'S HOSPICE BY LOSING WEIGHT?
In partnership with Saint Michael's Hospice in Harrogate, a weight loss fundraiser has been organised by the Harrogate Wellness Centre on Knaresborough Road,Harrogate.
Over a 12 week period, their weight loss coaches will be holding a weekly weight loss session at the Harrogate Wellness Centre which will include :-
Weekly weigh and measure
Personal coach and group support
Weight loss coaching
Tips and advice
Weekly handouts,prizes and rewards
Nutrition education
So why not come along,lose weight and have some fun and meet some nice people along the way? The cost is just £40 for the whole twelve weeks of which £20 will be donated to the hospice.
