Challenge yourself – write 10 goals of things you want to achieve and put them into a jar on New Year’s Eve and then re-open the jar at the end of the year to see if you achieved them.
Try something new – a recipe, a sport, a new hobby like painting or dancing
Accept the things you can’t change – you know the saying: “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.”
Take some time for yourself!
Stay healthy – get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, eat well and exercise
