I popped into Milk and Honey and to my amazement found that they stocked some really great boys clothes, many of which go up to age 14.
As a MOB (Mother of Boys) I am never inspired by the boys clothes in the chain stores locally and find the girls clothes much cuter... and I'll admit to the odd pang when shopping for a little girl to treat.
Always keen to Buy Local I ventured into Milk and Honey for the first time yesterday and had a Eureka moment.
My boys and 6 and 10 and I found really good brands in there and lovely quality jackets, shorts, hoodies and tops.... even a perfectly formed Yorkshire Flat Cap. Daddy's favorite brand of clothes is Scotch and Soda and their smaller range Scotch and Shrunk is on sale at Milk and Honey.
I'm getting quite scared of the boys turning into 'mini daddy' wearing Scotch and Shrunk and flat caps, but I'll definitely be going back for thier holiday clothes and Christmas presents. Not only that but i'll be sending the grandparents in too.
It's probably not a place to bring the boys as you're surrounded by beautiful girl stuff too, but definitely one for presents.
