These mud races are not for the faint-hearted. Yorkshire has some great events if you are up for the challenge. If you haven’t got any running experience, you may want to read our blog on how to get started.
One thing we can promise you, you will get muddy! There are several challenges you will face in doing one of these mud races. There are hardcore obstacles that will test your physical strength, stamina, and determination. These include walls to climb over, going under water, getting electric shocks, and crawling through constricted spaces to name but a few.
