Local author Rayner Tapia will be signing copies of the first three of her science fiction fantasy stories which will eventually form a collection of five books in The Adventures of Tom McGuire series. Rayner’s third book, The Dream Catcher, won a NABE (North American Book Entrepreneurs) Pinnacle Award, being judged the best juvenile sci-fi book in 2012, which is a rare accolade for a non-American author.
