Harrow Council Opportunities for Suitably Qualified Contractors.
Council Housing Major Repairs Works Expressions of Interest
As part of this year’s major works programme the Council will shortly be procuring the following contracts:
1. Windows and doors (1 contract estimated at £160K)
2. Enveloping/external and communal decorations (1 contract estimated at £350K)
3. Roofing work (1 contract estimated at £170K)
Suitably qualified contractors are being sought to work with the Council to deliver these programmes. While this is not a restricted exercise the Council would particularly like to encourage interest from local Harrow contractors in this process.
The Council’s e-tendering system will be used to procure these works and contractors will be asked to complete pre-qualification and tender exercises.
Potential contractors are encouraged to register their interest at the earliest opportunity.
While the timetable for these contracts varies we would encourage any local companies to express an interest by 21st June 2013.
