Belmont School is a new two form entry school, opened on 1st September 2009 through the amalgamation of Belmont Nursery, First and Middle School.\r\rWe believe that all children have the desire to learn. We endeavourto make the learning at Belmont challenging interesting and creative through following the statutory curriculum that we are required to teach whilst adapting it to the needs of all pupils.\r\rWe place a great emphasis on Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship education (PSHCE) as we believe that, as well as learning academic subjects children need to learn about being respectful, kind and considerate and how to keep themselves safe.\r\rWe also teach the children how to show tolerance and empathy.
