Firstly the shop space was super clean and sleek giving my hair experience with Aspect a very easy and relaxing vibe. Secondly, and most importantly all the staff were so welcoming, friendly and genuine which is comforting when making a big change to your hair. I will definitely be going back for any future hair appointments.

I've tried many hair stylists in Hastings over the years and can honestly say that Aspects are excellent. Their customer service is first class and the standard of stylists is very high. It's unusual these days to find a business with such high standards and one that treats the customer with respect.

You know every time you go you get really well looked after from them sitting with you discussing what your vision is to a lovely head massage at the wash station and of course good coffee and biscuits. (Or jelly beans which I often ask for!) All staff are friendly and there is always a really positive and professional atmosphere. Although they are always busy it's only been a handful of times over the years they haven't been able to get me in last minute they always aim to please!
