Chantelle is very good at writing what you want to say without telling her! She will have a short meeting with you & somehow works out exactly what you want to say even though you thought you were very confusing & just spoke round in circles! She has re-written the wording for my webiste in a professional yet down to earth way, which was exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend.

I hired Chantelle to write our Award Entry for the Best Customer Service Pub of the Year and she did an excellent job. Her approach was very consultative and she got to the core of what made us special to our customers, finding the perfect way to word what we do, and how well we do it. I was creating a prototype for a property development client to demonstrate what a brochure could look like for them if they were to invest in Conga, as opposed to the company sending out black and white paper forms. I needed someone creative to help me with the development plot and housing descriptions, as well as a bio for our prototype company, and enlisted Chantelle’s help. I was very pleased with the results! Chantelle worked extremely quickly, the turnaround time exceeded expectations and she was so easy to work with. As a salesperson, I can do the visuals, but I am not a wordsmith, so it was excellent. Chantelle was really engaged and supportive. I can certainly recommend Chantelle for copywriting. Her approach is very consultative, so she will ask questions to understand your goals, and can deliver even against a very basic brief, providing a first draft for feedback before delivering the final revisions. Chantelle’s professionalism meant that I could focus on my client, the deal at hand and building my demo, knowing I could rely on Chantelle’s expertise to provide the content.
