Rang the White Rock at a last minute attempt to get tickets for Ricky Gervais hoping there would be some cancellations - there were! I was so lucky and got 2 tickets on the day. Very helpful staff. Thank you. My only gripe is the new seating downstairs - the raised seats should never have come out (in my opinion). We're not all 6'2"!

Saw Ricky Gervais last night and it was excellent. However, the evening was spoilt by the cramped seats. We were in the circle and there was no leg room whatsoever. I have problems with my knees and ended up in a lot of pain. Several people around us commented on this too. Obviously downstairs you can move your feet under the seat in front but that’s not an option in the circle. I wish the Battle of Hastings had been in 804, so there would have been fewer seats than trying to fit 1066 in! The discomfort certainly detracted from the enjoyment of the evening, and made it hard to appreciate what was being said.

Went to see the 20th anniversary tour of Beyond The Barricades and was very pleased with such an excellent show. Three musicians at the rear of the stage and just four singers, two men and two ladies, all experienced West End performers. I would highly recommend seeing this show. If you love musicals you will not be disappointed.The only thing missing is the lack of food for pre show dining, I hope they restore this facility for the general public and not just pre booked groups !!

My wife bought tickets for my birthday. I though Tues night was an odd night for such a big name band and was not in the mood to go by was so glad I did. The Music was excellent and the venue is good, easy access to the bar - fantastic night

As a massive fan of UB40 I was delighted they chose to visit my hometown of Hastings on their 40th anniversary tour. The White Rock Theatre is a great venue, iv'e seen a number of acts there and always enjoy the ambience and atmosphere.

My wife and I went to see this show as we both liked the music of the Bee Gees, the actual show was brilliant but the seating I found to be very poor, I am tall but most other theatres we have visited I have felt very comfortable.

An outstanding night this evening watching the international piano concerto. Circle seats had a great view.
New downstairs configuration without tiered seating will take some getting used to...especially the lack of carpet.

Absoloutely brilliant best night ive had in years the atmosphere was incredible and i just love the white rock theatre, looking forward to many more visits this year. Thankyou

Great venue - really good band.
Great to be allowed to stand and boogie in the theatre, and good that you can take drinks into the auditorium

Had a fabulously enjoyable show with Jim in Feb 2019.
He was completely outrageous and thoroughly funny. Such a delight in the crazy PC world we live in.
We were in the circle and visibility was excellent. The seats aren’t the biggest in the world but they are ok.
Only grumble is the circle bar.
TOTALLY INADEQUATE STAFFING AND CRAZY QUEUES TO WAIT FOR A DRINK.
And then at the interval they put an extra barman on, but there was still only a single till, so the delays were just as bad.
It was exactly like this the last visit 12 months ago, why don’t the management realise that they are ACTIVELY DISCOURAGING PEOPLE FROM SPENDING THEIR MONEYS WITH WHITE ROCK??
But overall, we had a fab night.

Great friendly staff who are always happy to help you. Great place to go for a night out always put on fantastic shows the stall area is much better after it has been done up and made flat easy access for the disabled in wheelchairs recondmend it
