Little Gate Farm is a charity based in Beckley, near Rye, that helps adults and children with learning disabilities. We help adults with learning disabilities find paid work, teaching work-related skills and supporting them into employment. We also run a specialised holiday club for children with learning disabilities.
Little Gate Farm is participating in the The Big Give Christmas Challenge this year, the UK’s biggest online match funding campaign which last year raised over £11.3 million for over 500 participating charities.
This is a scheme for charities to match fund donations made by the public. This is an exciting opportunity to support Little Gate Farm where your donation could be worth more than four times its original value.
We’re hoping to raise vital funds towards our work training project and would like to invite you to support us as a Pledger. This project is critical to our work helping adults and children with learning disabilities.
We are aiming to raise £1000 in Pledge Promises from our supporters which will potentially unlock further match funds from a Champion funder secured by the Big Give, if our application is successful. Together, these funds form our matching pot used to double online donations from the public when the campaign is live between 27th November and 4th December.
