The centre cares for and re-homes stray, abandoned and unwanted cats from Hastings and the surrounding area.
The RSPCA Sussex East and Hastings Branch own and operate the Bluebell Ridge Cat Rehoming Centre in Hastings, who care for and rehome over 200 stray, abandoned and unwanted cats each year, in Hastings and Rother. The charity also neuter many hundreds of local cats and Bull breeds to prevent suffering. The Branch is a separate charity within the national body and is entirely self-financing. Each year, we need to raise over £150,000 to keep the centre open and we heavily rely on the generosity of local individuals, businesses and groups.
The charity has been helping many thousands of animals for over 17 years and the team work closely with the RSPCA Inspectors in the area.
We believe that every animal deserves to have a happy life.
