Castle Manor Academy is holding a family quiz night on Thursday 11th July from 7.00pm in the main school hall (doors at 6.30pm). We would like to invite you to enter a quiz team for the evening. The maximum team size is six people, and the entry fee (per team) is £10.
The event is being organised by Beth Franks and Emily Roberts, Sixth Form students from Castle Manor Academy. The pair are raising funds to spend a month in Ghana volunteering in a nursery and helping with a local construction project.
They have already used their savings to pay for the flights and now need to raise £1000 to go towards the cost of accommodation and injections.
Bethany and Emily need to raise their funds by the 21st July and will be leaving Haverhill on the 7th August for the trip.
If you able to come along, please return completed entries on the attached form, along with payment to Castle Manor by Wednesday 10th July, or contact Alison Weston by email (aweston@castlepartnership.org.uk).
Refreshments will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own nibbles (no alcohol at the Academy please)!
If you are unable to come, but could help donating a raffle prize, that would also be greatly appreciated.
