The prestigious Travel Awards are voted for by readers and contributors to The Guardian and Observer newspapers, as well as by travel and holiday experts from across the UK. Travel Counsellors scored a massive 99.6% customer satisfaction rate in the newspapers' poll, which was the highest score awarded in all categories.
