Yes, its that time of year again when the wardrobe has eaten inches off last years little black dress and you despair of ever getting into your jeans for Christmas!
If the aerobics instructor frightens you and the last time you were in the gym you fell asleep at the rowing machine, despair not as the Aldercar ladies netball group promises you fitness and fun, with a slight madness thrown in for good measure.
Playing on Thursday evenings at Aldercar Community Language College 7pm till 8pm, its an hour of exercise that you won't know you are doing until you realise your jeans are looking better than ever.
There is also the opportunity to use that little black dress again with various social occasions throughout the year and Christmas is no exception!
The group is for ladies of any age, fitness and ability, there is no pressure to play matches and you needn't have played netball before. First session free and £3 thereafter.
